These terms apply to the LoanBoat app (the “App”), created by LoanBoat Technologies (“Service Provider”), and govern your use of the app as a free digital loan marketplace connecting borrowers with RBI-licensed lenders.

By using the LoanBoat app, you agree to abide by these terms. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the app immediately.

2. App Usage

The App is designed to help users discover, compare, and apply for personal loans offered by third-party NBFCs and banks. LoanBoat does not issue loans or determine loan terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, an Indian resident, and legally eligible to enter into a loan agreement.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
  • You must not misuse the app or attempt unauthorized access.
  • You understand that LoanBoat merely facilitates redirection to lender webviews.

  • LoanBoat is not liable for loan approval, interest rates, or EMI schedules. These are managed entirely by the selected financial institution.
  • LoanBoat makes no guarantees regarding loan disbursal timelines.
  • The App requires internet access. LoanBoat is not responsible for disruptions due to network issues.

8. App Updates

We may update the App from time to time for improvements or regulatory compliance. Continued use post-update implies acceptance of new terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, without notice, for breach of terms or unlawful activity.
